Our client is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their busy, reputable Property Department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident fee earner who can run a full caseload independently and deliver a high level of client care. You will handle a mixed residential caseload and support the firm’s strong local presence and continued growth.

Position Overview

You will manage a broad caseload from instruction to completion, handling all aspects of residential conveyancing work with minimal supervision while providing an efficient, detailed and client-focused service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a mixed residential caseload from start to finish
  • Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Deal with remortgages and transfer of equity work
  • Manage lease extensions
  • Handle Building Safety Act (BSA) related matters
