About the Conveyancing Solicitor Role
As the recommended buyer\βs solicitors on numerous major developments, our client handles a substantial portfolio of new build transactions. You\βll be working on exciting projects across the residential property spectrum, with particular focus on new build purchases and development work.
Essential Requirements
- Qualified solicitor with at least 1 Yearsβ PQE in residential property matters
- Proven experience in new build property transactions is essential
- Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently
Desirable Skills
- Experience working with overseas buyer clients
