Our client is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join their expanding team in Cambridgeshire. This Residential Conveyancing Lawyer role has arisen due to growth, an increased volume of work, and the continued success of the department. Salary around £55,000, plus benefits including pension, health cash plan, generous holiday allowance, and 1 day per week remote working.
Responsibilities
- Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
- Managing files from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision
