We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Conveyancer to join, manage, and develop our clients expanding Residential Conveyancing team in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional to take on a leadership role within a growing practice, combining hands-on conveyancing work with team management and business development responsibilities. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards of client service whilst driving the continued growth and success of the department.
Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- New-build properties
- Remortgages
- Equity release transactions
- Transfer of equity matters
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEx-qualified with significant post-qualification experience
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in residential conveyancing
- Proven track record of managing a varied caseload including sales, purchases, remortgages, equity release, and transfers of equity
- Experience in leasehold and new-build transactions
- Demonstrated experience in managing and supervising a team
- Strong understanding of current conveyancing law, practice, and procedure
