Our client is offering an opportunity to work as a Self-Employed Consultant within a respected national law firm. The role provides freedom, flexibility, and autonomy while maintaining full support, compliance, and access to firm resources. This profit-share role offers a 70/30 split (potentially 80/20) for home-based work, flexible hours, and no mandatory office meetings. You can maximise billable hours or enjoy a better work-life balance. A client following generating Β£100k on a fee-share basis could exceed typical salaried earnings.

Requirements for this Consultant Solicitor vacancy:

  • Qualified Solicitor, minimum 5 years PQE
  • Experience in your specialism
  • Proven record of successful case outcomes
  • Established client following

Applications are welcome from Solicitors, Senior Lawyers, or ambitious Juniors. All practice areas are considered except Conveyancing or Personal Injury.
