Applications are invited from experienced Childcare Panel Solicitors to join our Clients team of specialist Childcare Solicitors in London. Great benefits are on offer including flexible hybrid working, paid renewal of practising certificate, sick leave plus more.

Requirements for the Childcare Panel Solicitor:

  • Representing children, Children’s Guardians, parents and local authorities in complex public law child protection cases and private family law matters.
  • Acting for parents and children involved with social services both pre proceedings and during proceedings.
  • Assisting with all matters, including applications for emergency protection orders, care orders, supervision orders, secure accommodation orders, special guardianship orders (including advice upon support plans), Adoption and applications under the Inherent Jurisdiction of the High Court.
