Key Responsibilities for the Conveyancing Lawyer role - Managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity. Provide expert legal advice and support to clients on all aspects of the conveyancing process. Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process to ensure smooth and timely transactions. Prepare and draft necessary legal documents and correspondence.
