Our client is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their busy, reputable Property Department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident fee earner who can run a full caseload independently and deliver a high level of client care. You will handle a mixed residential caseload and support the firm’s strong local presence and continued growth.

Position Overview
You will manage a broad caseload from instruction to completion, handling all aspects of residential conveyancing work with minimal supervision while providing an efficient, detailed and client-focused service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a mixed residential caseload from start to finish
- Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Deal with remortgages and transfer of equity work
- Manage lease extensions
- Handle Building Safety Act (BSA) related matters
- Deliver excellent communication and client care at all stages
- Maintain accurate file management and compliance
- Support networking and marketing initiatives
- Act as a professional ambassador of the firm
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
- Ability to work unsupervised and handle a full caseload confidently
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Professional, prompt, and client-focused approach
- Experience handling a range of residential matters
- IT proficient (MS Office + case management systems)
- Strong commercial and financial awareness
- Local candidates or those with a small following are advantageous
