Position Overview: This is an excellent opportunity for a Corporate Immigration Solicitor with 5 - 8 years + PQE to join a well-established team advising on a wide range of corporate and business immigration matters. The role offers scope for progression including partnership. You will have substantial business development experience along with some client following to expand on.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising businesses on sponsor licence applications and compliance
- Managing Skilled Worker and Global Mobility visa applications
- Handling complex matters relating to business visitors, right to work, and audits
- Working closely with corporate clients on international workforce mobility
