Full service law firm with offices across Surrey and London are currently recruiting for an experienced Family Solicitor of 10 years + PQE to join their leadership team. The successful candidate will be working within a supportive team and will be provided with a high degree of autonomy. • Manage a full and varied caseload of HNW family matters

\n

• Handle divorce, nuptial agreements, children and financial matters

\n

Key Responsibilities of the Family Solicitor:\n

• Experience providing tailored advice to HNW clients, entrepreneurs, business owners, and private individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Experience in all aspects of childcare law

\n

Requirements of the Family Solicitor:\n

\n
• Minimum of 10 years PQE as a Family Solicitor dealing with HNW Private family matters

\n

• Have a proven track record of developing business

\n

• Able to maintain strong, trusted client partnerships

\n

• Have a strong desire in taking on a leadership role and build the department further.
