An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Manager to join a well-established law firm supporting the Partners in the day-to-day running of the practice across multiple offices in Potters Bar, Hertford and North Finchley. This is a hands-on, varied role offering a competitive salary (DOE), generous holiday entitlement, flexible/part-time working, and a supportive, collaborative environment with long-term stability.

Position Overview: You will work closely with the Partners to oversee the smooth and efficient operation of the firm, supporting compliance, people management and facilities across three office locations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, problem-solving and being involved across all areas of practice operations.
Key Responsibilities of the Office Manager:
- Support Partners with the day-to-day operational management of the firm
- Oversee compliance management and internal procedures
- Manage and monitor conveyancing portals
- Handle HR administration and recruitment processes
- Oversee facilities management across multiple offices
- Collate, interpret and present management information
- Support general office operations and process improvement
- Liaise with external suppliers and service providers
- (Desirable) Assist with social media and website content updates
Requirements of the Office Manager:
- Previous experience in an Office Manager or similar operational role within a law firm
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident working with data and reporting
- Strong Excel proficiency
- Full clean driving licence
