Our client is looking for an ambitious Employment Solicitor with 2–5 years’ PQE, ideally with experience gained at a city firm or a reputable medium to large provincial practice. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of your own caseload (with support where needed) and work on a broad range of employment law matters within a dynamic and forward-thinking team.

What will be expected of you:
- Advising on day-to-day HR and employment law matters
- Drafting employment contracts, policies, and staff handbooks
- Managing and advising on Settlement Agreements, redundancy processes, and Employment Tribunal claims
- Providing employment law support on corporate transactions (including TUPE and due diligence)
- Assisting with business development, client training, and marketing initiatives
- Experience across both claimant and respondent employment work
