Our client based in the heart of the City, recognised within the Legal 500, is seeking to add a Property Litigation Associate Solicitor of 5 years+ PQE to their team.
Requirements for this vacancy:
- Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with 5 years + PQE to manage their own caseload to include:
- Housing litigation
- Injunctions
- Possession claims
- Disrepair matters
- Non-contentious matters
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the day to day running of a caseload
- Support the partners on more large and complex matters
- Supervise more junior members of the team including paralegals
- Get involved in marketing and business development in a client focused manner
- Interact directly with clients, manage their expectations, and meet their deadlines
Person Specification:
- Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with 5 years+ PQE
- IT literate to include Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet applications
- Ability to demonstrate commercial awareness and pro-activity
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to convey clear and concise information
