Position Overview:
- Lead a variety of M&A transactions, including share and asset sales
- Manage management buy-outs
- Advise on corporate reorganisations and demergers
- Draft bespoke shareholder agreements and articles of association
- Provide corporate governance advice
- Handle private equity transactions
- Work independently within a busy team
- Take an active role in business development
Key Responsibilities:
