About this Commercial Litigation Solicitor/Partner opportunity: This is a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor at Partner level to join our client’s thriving litigation team based in London. You will be leading the Commercial Litigation team, supporting a team of Commercial Litigators who have a wide range of experience as well as a similar number of support staff and so experience of this is a requirement.
Commercial Litigation Solicitor/Partner fee earning experience to include:
- Commercial and company disputes
- Insolvency matters
- Professional Negligence claims
- Injunctions
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
- Breach of trust claims
Qualifications and Requirements for this Commercial Litigation Solicitor/Partner opportunity:
- Qualified in the UK as a Solicitor of England and Wales with 12 - 15 solid years PQE within the field of Commercial Litigation and coming from a small to mid-sized law firm
- Longevity within their current role is essential
- Have exceptional business acumen
- Experience of managing and leading a team
- Have the ability to communicate in a clear and assertive manner to those who have a good understanding of the law, and proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with good business acumen.
