The Children Panel Solicitor will demonstrate strong knowledge of: Managing a varied caseload of both publicly and privately funded children and domestic abuse matters, including Legal Aid work. Providing advocacy on your own cases as well as supporting colleagues with advocacy requirements where needed. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal developments, particularly within your specialist area of practice, and applying this knowledge effectively. Ensuring compliance with firm policies, departmental procedures, and regulatory requirements, including Legal Aid Agency, Lexcel, and professional standards.
