Our client is seeking an NQ to 1-year PQE Licensing Solicitor to join their team, providing expert advice on a wide range of licensing matters. The role offers hybrid working, a bonus scheme, career development programs, wellbeing initiatives, and other excellent benefits.

Licensing Solicitor Responsibilities:
- Give practical legal advice on licensing law to clients in hospitality, retail, leisure, and entertainment.
- Help prepare and submit licensing applications (premises, personal, and event licenses), including liaising with authorities and attending hearings.
- Advise clients on compliance with the Licensing Act 2003 and other relevant laws.
- Represent clients in licensing disputes, reviews, enforcement actions, and appeals.
- Draft required documents, notices, and consents for licenses, and ensure correct display and publication.
- Check licenses once granted and correct any errors.
- Support marketing and business development activities.
- Communicate clearly with clients and follow client care requirements.
- Keep up to date with legal developments in your specialist area.
- Ensure compliance with LAA requirements if work is franchised.
