Key responsibilities for this Crime Solicitor opportunity: Conduct legal research, analyse case law, and prepare legal arguments to support clients’ cases. Provide clear and effective legal advice to clients throughout the criminal justice process. Represent clients in Magistrates’ Court proceedings and advocate effectively on their behalf. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and legal documentation. Requirements for this Crime Solicitor role: Qualified Solicitor with 1–3 years’ PQE in criminal law. Strong knowledge of criminal law, procedures, and regulations. Strong advocacy, negotiation, and case management skills.
