Conveyancing Solicitor — Position Overview:
Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
Work in a fast-paced environment delivering a high standard of client care
Provide clear and practical legal advice to clients
Exposure to a high volume of high-quality conveyancing work
Key Responsibilities of the Conveyancing Solicitor:
Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
Handling remortgages, transfers of equity, new build properties and Right to Buy matters
Providing clear and practical legal advice to clients
Liaising with estate agents, mortgage lenders, solicitors and other third parties
Maintaining accurate file records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements of the Conveyancing Solicitor:
Minimum 5 years' PQE in residential conveyancing (candidates with more or less experience demonstrating the required skills will be considered)
Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing procedures and property law
