- Acquisitions and Disposals of commercial property
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Leases, renewals and licenses
- Development and investment transactions
- Experience of acting for healthcare professionals in relation to Dental practices, GP Surgeries, Pharmacies and healthcare acquisitions would be an advantage.
- Property finance and secured lending matters
- Business development experience.
Qualifications for this Commercial Property Solicitor vacancy:
- Minimum of 3 years PQE as a Solicitor of England & Wales
