• Divorce and separation

\\n\\t

• Financial settlements

\\n\\t

• Matters relating to children

\\n\\t

• Advocacy experience is essential

\\n

\\n\\n

\\nFamily Lawyer experience to include:

\\n\\n

\\n\\n

\\n\\t
• Sound practical experience in dealing with family matters

\\n\\t

• Be confident and eloquent

\\n\\t

• Excellent client care skills

\\n\\t

• Be comfortable leading their own caseload with support from the team

\\n\\t

• Good commercial acumen of business development

\\n\\t

• Used to working with financial targets

\\n
