Our client, ranked by The Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners, is seeking a Family Law Head of Team to join them. Key responsibilities for the Family Law Head of Team role:
- Care Proceedings and PLO matters
- Divorce and finances
- Private Law Children
- Domestic Abuse, Non Molestation / Occupation Orders
- General family matters, unmarried couples, cohabitation disputes.
Key requirements for this Family Law Head of Team role:
- 3+ years PQE.
- Able to lead and supervise a growing team.
- Work independently and in a team.
- Confident in own advocacy.
- Willing to pursue panel accreditation.
- Proactive in networking and business development.
- Experience in both Public and Private matters.
