Position Overview: Due to natural expansion, our client is seeking a Solicitor from 1-3 years PQE within their Employment Law department. This is an office based role although after completion of probation period, flexibility is open.
Experience to include:
- Contentious and Non-Contentious matters
- Unfair and wrongful dismissal
- Redundancy and restrictive covenants
- Discrimination
- Equal opportunities and Equal Pay Act
- Protected disclosure (whistleblowing) and data protection
- TUPE transfers
- Disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Advocacy in the Employment Tribunal
- Breach of contract
- Harassment
- Maternity and paternity matters

Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales with 1-3 years PQE
- Completed a seat within their training contract and continued in the field of Employment law
- Excellent client-facing skills and ability to manage key client relationships
