Position Overview: Due to natural expansion, our client is seeking a Solicitor from 1-3 years PQE within their Employment Law department. This is an office based role although after completion of probation period, flexibility is open.

  • Contentious and Non-Contentious matters
  • Unfair and wrongful dismissal
  • Redundancy and restrictive covenants
  • Discrimination
  • Equal opportunities and Equal Pay Act
  • Protected disclosure (whistleblowing) and data protection
  • TUPE transfers
  • Disciplinary and grievance procedures
  • Advocacy in the Employment Tribunal
  • Breach of contract

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales with 1-3 years PQE
  • Completed a seat within their training contract and continued in the field of Employment law
  • Excellent client-facing skills and ability to manage key client relationships
