An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join a leading regional law firm recognised by The Legal 500. Position Overview:

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of civil and commercial disputes, advising a wide range of clients from instruction to resolution. This is a fantastic opportunity to work independently while contributing to a collaborative and growing Dispute Resolution team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a broad caseload of civil and commercial disputes
  • Handle matters from initial instruction to resolution, including advocacy (where appropriate)
  • Provide clear, practical legal advice to clients
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Develop new business through networking, marketing and referrals
  • Ensure compliance, risk management and quality standards are maintained
  • Support and mentor junior colleagues
  • Participate in marketing, CPD, and firm-wide events

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE in Dispute Resolution
  • Experience across civil and commercial litigation; property or insolvency disputes desirable
  • Strong technical ability, communication and client management skills
  • Commercial awareness with a proactive and professional approach
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of Lexcel requirements (desirable)
