Conveyancing Solicitor β Position Overview:
You will manage a busy residential conveyancing caseload independently, handling matters from instruction through to completion while delivering a high standard of service to clients.
Key Responsibilities of the Conveyancing Solicitor:
β’ Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
β’ Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
β’ Deal with lease extensions, transfers of equity and remortgages
β’ Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors
β’ Ensure files are managed efficiently with strong attention to detail
β’ Maintain excellent client communication throughout transactions
Requirements of the Conveyancing Solicitor:
β’ Minimum 5 yearsβ experience in residential conveyancing within a legal practice
β’ Strong technical knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions
β’ Ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
