An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a growing and well-established Residential Property team in North Finchley. Conveyancing Solicitor — Position Overview

You will manage a busy residential conveyancing caseload independently, handling matters from instruction through to completion while delivering a high standard of service to clients.

Key Responsibilities of the Conveyancing Solicitor

  • Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
  • Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Deal with lease extensions, transfers of equity and remortgages
  • Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors
  • Ensure files are managed efficiently with strong attention to detail
  • Maintain excellent client communication throughout transactions

Requirements of the Conveyancing Solicitor

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential conveyancing within a legal practice
  • Strong technical knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised with strong time management skills
  • Able to reliably commute to North Finchley
