Key Responsibilities for the Conveyancing Solicitor role:
- Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, re‑mortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Provide expert legal advice and support to clients on all aspects of the conveyancing process.
- Conduct thorough due diligence, including property searches, title checks, and reviewing contracts.
