About the Firm: My client is a well-established law firm with a strong reputation in both commercial and private client services. With a growing property department, they provide high-quality legal advice alongside a supportive and collaborative working culture. Conveyancing Lawyer — Position Overview: Manage a broad caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, lease extensions, and related matters. You’ll work closely with the Head of Department and other fee earners, supported by a team of legal assistants.
