You will run your own caseload (with support and supervision) and work across a broad range of commercial property matters, supporting a diverse client base of landlords, tenants, investors, small businesses, and developers.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing a caseload of commercial property transactions
- Handling grants and assignments of leases
- Dealing with sales and purchases of commercial property
- Managing property finance transactions and lender requirements
- Working on option agreements and development matters
- Liaising with clients, agents, solicitors and lenders
- Maintaining accurate file management and ensuring compliance
- Supporting and developing strong client relationships
- Contributing to the firm’s business development and local reputation
- Solicitor or Legal Executive (1–5 years’ PQE)
- Ability to run your own caseload with Partner support
- Strong communication and IT skills
- Experience with commercial property matters (as listed above)
- Reliable, organised and confident working directly with clients
- Corporate/commercial exposure is helpful but not essential
- Must be able to commute reliably or plan to relocate before starting
