Essential experience for this Commercial Litigation Solicitor role:\n

• Experience as a Solicitor in the UK with around 3 years PQE

\n

• Domestic and international arbitration 

\n

• Contractual disputes

\n

• Company disputes

\n

• Cross border disputes

\n

• Partnership disputes

\n

• Property related disputes

\n

• Business Partnership disputes

\n

• Civil fraud and asset tracing matters

\n

• High court litigation matters

\n

Qualifications for this Commercial Litigation Solicitor vacancy:\n

\n
• Senior Solicitor - admitted in England & Wales with around 3 years PQE

\n

• Strong advocacy experience

\n

• Good negotiation skills

\n

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

\n

• Business development experience

\n
