This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy AI product team and help the Law Society effectively use M365 Copilot Premium by our staff. The role works directly with business areas to help individuals and teams apply M365 Copilot (Premium) to their day-to-day work, moving beyond initial exposure into practical, sustained use. This is a relationship-led role focused on coaching, facilitation, and constructive challenge.
You will support teams to reflect on how they work, identify opportunities for improvement, and embed new ways of working over time. You will operate flexibly across business areas, adapting your approach to suit different levels of maturity, confidence, and engagement. This is an exciting and varied role where your expertise and knowledge will be used to great effect to make a real impact for our staff and in turn our members.
What we're looking for:
- You have experience facilitating engagement at multiple levels, including leaders, managers, and teams.
- You can build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders.
- You are confident in challenging and guiding stakeholders to reflect and improve ways of working.
- You have practical experience using M365 Copilot (Premium) or similar AI-enabled tools.
- You have a coaching mindset, enabling others to build capability and take ownership.
- You possess strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- You can adapt approaches based on varying levels of maturity and readiness.
The AI Adoption Assistant will need to engage confidently with people at all levels, from leaders and managers to teams across the organisation. The role requires the ability to build trusted relationships, influence stakeholders, and support colleagues to reflect on and improve ways of working through constructive challenge, guidance, and facilitation. The role also requires strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, alongside practical experience using M365 Copilot or similar AI-enabled tools. This knowledge will be applied by translating technical capability into meaningful, business-relevant use cases that help colleagues understand how AI can support better outcomes.
A coaching mindset is central to the role, helping others build confidence, capability, and ownership in their use of technology. The AI Adoption Assistant will need to adapt their approach to different levels of maturity and readiness, while observing how technology is used in practice to identify patterns, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
