This is an opportunity to handle a varied caseload of litigated Credit Hire and Personal Injury Motor claims across County Court and High Court matters, within a growing and highly regarded Northern Ireland practice. Recognised in the Legal 500 and Chambers directories, Keoghs Northern Ireland office has grown significantly since 2019 and now has over 60 specialists dedicated to defendant insurance litigation. You’ll join a collaborative, ambitious team with a strong reputation in the local market.

The role

  • Manage a litigated caseload of motor and credit hire claims
  • Progress files in line with client instruction and agreed authority levels
  • Draft pleadings, applications and witness statements
  • Liaise with insurers, insured parties, witnesses and third parties
  • Instruct counsel and attend conferences, mediations and court hearings
  • Deliver against performance targets and quality standards
