The Law Officers’ Department seeks a Legal Adviser Band 2 to review, advise and prosecute criminal and regulatory matters. The ideal candidate is a qualified Jersey Advocate or Jersey Ecrivain, Guernsey Advocate, or a Solicitor/Barrister/Advocate in England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, with court experience.
High quality written advice will be provided to police and regulators. The role includes supervising legal advisers and paralegals, and collaboration with Jersey.
