Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Litigation Solicitor to join our Holborn office. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of contentious matters, provide strategic legal advice, and contribute to the continued growth of the litigation department.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of litigation matters from inception to conclusion.
- Handle a broad range of disputes, including (but not limited to):
- Civil litigation
- Commercial disputes
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Debt recovery
Skills and Experience
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a minimum of 2–5 years PQE (flexible depending on experience).
- Strong experience in handling litigation matters independently.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Good knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules (CPR).
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
Desirable
- Experience working in a high-volume legal environment.
- Familiarity with LEAP or other case management systems.
- Previous experience supervising junior staff or paralegals.
Working Hours
Full-time, 5 days a week (office-based).
