We are seeking a motivated and experienced Litigation Solicitor to join our Holborn office. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of contentious matters, provide strategic legal advice, and contribute to the continued growth of the litigation department.
- Manage a caseload of litigation matters from inception to conclusion.
- Civil litigation
- Commercial disputes
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
- Conduct legal research and provide clear, practical advice to clients.
- Ensure compliance with court deadlines, procedural rules, and firm policies.
- Assist with business development and networking initiatives where appropriate.
Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a minimum of 2–5 years PQE (flexible depending on experience).
- Strong experience in handling litigation matters independently.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Experience working in a high-volume legal environment.
Full-time, 5 days a week (office-based).
Competitive salary (depending on experience).
