  • Management of pre onboarding activities, contract preparation, and new hire onboarding and induction
  • Administration of employee lifecycle changes, including role, compensation, and personal updates
  • Handling and execution of all absence, payroll, and benefits activities end-to-end
  • First-line HR support for employee queries via ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
  • Front-line HR support for Benelux employees and stakeholders, managing relationships and expectations
  • Ensure HR services are delivered in line with internal policies, audit and control requirements, data protection standards, and applicable employment-related regulations
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the company’s HR service model, helping strengthen operational efficiency, employee experience, data integrity, and organisational resilience
  • End-to-end management of employee lifecycle processes within the Offboarding Hub, extending beyond terminations to include life changes and family leave across multiple geographies
  • Case management of employee exits, family leave, and life change requests, handling queries and tickets in line with service excellence standards
  • Processing contractual changes and employee updates across multiple jurisdictions
  • Contributing to projects, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Providing flexible support across the wider People Services team

We are looking for:

  • Significant experience in an administrative or HR support role, ideally within a professional services environment
  • Ability to manage high volumes of work with accuracy and an eye for detail
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to balance multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Proactive and solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to identify improvements and challenge existing processes where appropriate
  • Service-driven mindset, consistently delivering a high quality experience for employees and managers
  • European language skills (e.g. Dutch or French) would be beneficial but not essential
