Business Development Manager – Restructuring

A leading international law firm is looking to hire a Business Development Manager to support its highly regarded Restructuring practice and cross-practice Capital Solutions group. The team advises banks, funds, corporates and insolvency practitioners on complex, often cross-border restructuring, distressed M&A and insolvency matters.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior BD Executive looking to step up, or an existing Manager seeking a role with genuine strategic exposure and close partner interaction.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting strategic client development and key account initiatives
Managing pitch opportunities, credentials and business development materials
Developing market intelligence and identifying emerging opportunities
Working closely with financial advisers and key market intermediaries
Leading directories, league tables and awards submissions
Supporting partner profile-raising, thought leadership and speaking opportunities
Delivering events, campaigns and client engagement initiatives
Collaborating with international teams on global restructuring and capital solutions projects
The role offers a broad mix of strategic BD, client development, pitching, market intelligence, events and profile-raising activity, with exposure to some of the most complex and high-value matters in the market.
We're keen to speak with candidates from legal or professional services business development backgrounds who enjoy stakeholder management, working closely with partners and identifying opportunities for growth.
