Job Description

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading global law firm to find them a Personal Assistant to support the firm's legal team.

This role encompasses a range of duties, supporting members of the general counsel and risk & compliance teams. You will be an integral part of managing their diaries, arranging travel, assisting with regulatory and SRA issues, and preparing meeting requirements. You will use the firms’ databases to update client details including regulatory reports and matter updates.

This role would suit a Personal Assistant who has a strong background in either a legal or financial services firm, supporting senior members of the firm. You will be a proactive Personal Assistant who is able to quickly build a rapport and always maintain discretion.

This is a permanent opportunity with a salary up to £46,000 plus hybrid working and excellent benefits.
