A leading international law firm is seeking an exceptional Practice Executive, Corporate (12m FTC) to support senior partners and lawyers within a fast‑paced corporate practice. This is a high‑profile role offering exposure to complex, cross‑border matters and the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders across the firm.

The role involves ensuring the smooth and efficient running of matters from opening through to closure. You will coordinate high‑quality, compliant documentation, manage complex diaries and communications, oversee billing processes, and act as a trusted point of contact for partners, lawyers and clients.

You will proactively manage competing priorities, anticipate issues before they arise, and bring structure and clarity to busy schedules. The role also involves coordinating global travel, meetings and events, supporting business development activity, and maintaining accurate client and matter information in line with firm processes.

Key responsibilities:
  • Planning and delivering accurate, high‑quality work while managing deadlines and change
  • Coordinating compliant documents, correspondence, reports and presentations
  • Managing partner and lawyer diaries, meetings, calls and communications
  • Overseeing billing processes, alternative pricing and cross‑border invoicing
  • Supporting business development, pitches, credentials and client relationship activity
  • Acting as a key point of contact to deliver an outstanding client experience

About you: You will bring proven experience in a senior PA or secretarial role within a professional services environment, ideally within a law firm. You will be highly organised, confident working under pressure, and comfortable exercising sound judgement.
