A well‑established law firm is recruiting a proactive and highly organised Legal PA to support fee earners within a busy property team on a fixed‑term contract. This role is ideal for an experienced legal PA who enjoys managing varied responsibilities in a fast‑paced, professional environment. The Legal PA will play a key role in enabling fee earners to focus on client work by taking ownership of day‑to‑day administrative, document and financial support.
Key responsibilities
- Manage diaries, meetings and reminders, ensuring schedules run smoothly.
- Arrange meetings, travel and accommodation, including preparation of detailed itineraries.
- Open and close files, maintain records, handle archiving and post‑completion administration.
- Support client onboarding processes, including engagement letters and compliance procedures.
- Monitor emails, post and telephone enquiries, responding appropriately and escalating when needed.
- Assist with document production, proofreading and minor amendments.
- Support billing, credit control, expenses and basic financial administration.
- Liaise with business support teams and maintain accurate client information on CRM systems.
Skills and experience
- Previous experience as a Legal PA, ideally within a property team.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with a professional and client‑focused approach.
