A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support senior stakeholders within its Structured Finance & Derivatives team. This is a newly created role offering exposure to complex, high-level work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The Opportunity

  • Support 3–4 Partners in a busy, high-performing practice
  • Highly varied role involving complex diary management and international travel coordination
  • Opportunity to work closely with senior fee earners and develop strong internal and client relationships
  • Hybrid working model with flexibility built in

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage busy and ever-changing diaries, meetings and schedules
  • Coordinate international travel, including flights, accommodation and detailed itineraries
  • Build strong relationships with clients, fee earners and wider PA network
  • Handle billing processes, expenses, and liaise with finance teams
  • Produce high-quality documents, including amendments and formatting to house style
  • Manage incoming queries, resolving or escalating as appropriate
  • Maintain accurate filing systems, e-filing and matter management
  • Provide general administrative support and team cover where required

About You

  • Previous experience as a Legal PA within a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure
  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, confident and able to use initiative independentlyDetail-oriented with strong document production skills
  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks with a calm, solutions-focused approach

Skills & Experience

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with billing processes (ideally 3E)
  • Familiarity with workflow tools such as BigHand
  • Typing speed of 60 wpm+ with high accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
