We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading international law firm in London to find them a Legal PA to work as part of their corporate team.

This is an exciting time to join a diverse and fast-paced team, supporting up to Senior Partner level with a variety of secretarial duties. This includes:

  • Booking meetings, travel, visas and creating itineraries
  • Diary management
  • Assisting with the creation and updating of billing and WIP
  • Creating, formatting, and editing short legal documents
  • Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Assisting with the onboarding and updating of clients on the firm’s database

The perfect Legal PA will have experience in a legal environment, ideally within a corporate practice. You will have prior experience of supporting up to Senior Partner level and have excellent diary management skills. You will be familiar with legal systems and databases, as well as strong organisational and people skills.

This is a permanent opportunity with a salary up to £45,000 plus hybrid working and excellent benefits.
