A leading law firm is looking for a Junior Team PA to join its highly regarded Real Estate practice in London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their PA or administrative career who wants to develop within a collaborative, high‑performing legal environment.

The role involves providing high‑quality, tailored support to partners and fee earners, acting as a key point of contact for the team and helping to keep the practice running smoothly. Key responsibilities include:

  • Diary management, meeting coordination and conference calls
  • Supporting billing, expenses and account payment processes
  • Acting as a professional first point of contact for clients and colleagues
  • Assisting with matter inception, client due diligence and engagement letters
  • Ordering Land Registry searches and managing deeds and searches
  • Supporting business development activity, including events and reporting
  • Liaising with document production and managing formatting and redaction requests
  • Getting involved in ad‑hoc projects, client events and team initiatives

The team consists of a large, established Real Estate group supported by an experienced PA team, fostering a genuinely collaborative and supportive culture with a strong focus on learning, development and long‑term career progression. High standards are maintained, but approachability and teamwork are at its core.

About you:

  • Previous admin or PA experience (legal or professional services preferred)
  • Interest in Real Estate or supporting legal professionals
  • Confident user of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Highly organised, proactive and detail‑focused
  • Strong communication skills and a professional manner
  • Comfortable juggling priorities in a fast‑paced environment
