A super opportunity has arisen with one of our top law firm clients - they are real trail blazers and have made significant changes to their secretarial function – not just a job title change, but a real exploration of the role content and how it will look in the future. You will be managing a dynamic team of Executive Assistants (50) who support high profile and high performing fee earners!
The firm is looking to the future and is in need of an experienced PA Manager with vision and ideas and a strategic approach as to how the secretarial/PA services function will develop within the firm.
You will also support the EA team leaders with their exposure to management and HR matters as well as providing a leadership function for the EAs.
You will be an experienced manager with at least 5 years secretarial management experience who could be seeking a stand alone role to progress your career further into secretarial management or a HR professional with substantial exposure to resource management.
This is a super opportunity with great potential to continue to be part of a change management program, leading on future developments to ensure the firm operate the best that can inclusively for all members of staff.
