This top law firm based in Guildford is looking for a team player and problem solver who is ambitious and hard-working to step into their friendly and supportive firm as an administrator. This role will include duties such as:
- Assisting with administrative tasks within the firm such as photocopying, printing, scanning, binding, and filing tasks
- Supporting the Compliance & Risk Team with client due diligence, conflict checking and the AML processes
- Dealing with internal and external postal deliveries and arranging couriers’ services as necessary
- Completing searches at the request of Partners, fee earners and PAs
- Supporting the Finance team by ensuring receipts, cheques and bills are correctly loaded onto the system
To apply for this role, you must have at least 6 months’ experience working in administration within a law firm or professional services. This role is a permanent position, will pay up to £26k, and offers hybrid working arrangements.
