They are looking for a confident, friendly Junior Reception & Facilities Assistant to keep a busy professional office running smoothly. This is a hands-on, office-based role where no two days are the same. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, support meetings and events, and help manage the smooth day-to-day operation of the workplace.
What you’ll be doing:
- Welcoming clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Managing calls, meeting rooms, and catering arrangements
