A leading UK investment bank, championing ambitious growth and investment companies, is looking for an Executive Assistant to support their Client & Investor Relations team.
You’ll be part of a small, busy team, providing a high-quality service to corporate clients and investors, coordinating roadshows and events, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
The role
- Manage roadshows and client events from end to end – documentation, materials, logistics and travel
- Book investors into results roadshows and investor events
- Update internal systems, calendars and CRM with investor and meeting details
- Deal with share register-related queries
- Prepare, collate and manage client feedback documents, ensuring timely delivery
- Update and create investor profile documents
- Book travel and accommodation for the team and corporate clients
- Provide corporate clients with weekly share price documentation
- Manage a centralised diary for key meetings and activity
- Assist with booking sales briefings and reverse roadshows
- Support the team with general daily and weekly administrative tasks
About you
- Organised and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable working as part of a close-knit team
- Previous diary management experience
- Positive, proactive and outgoing approach
- Confident speaking with management teams and investors on the phone
- High standard of written and spoken English
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
