You’ll be involved in all sorts of things—from planning campaigns and writing internal updates to supporting employee networks and helping organise key events like Pride or International Women’s Day. You’ll also play a part in social mobility programmes and help keep colleagues connected, informed and inspired.
To apply for this role, you’ll need at least 18 months previous experience in DE&I in a commercial office setting, experience supporting employee networks or inclusion forums, experience co-ordinating events and campaigns, be organised, confident communicating with different people, and comfortable juggling a few projects at once. There may be the occasional event outside standard hours, so a bit of flexibility is great too.
It’s a lovely role for someone who wants to make a positive difference while working with a supportive team. The organisation welcomes applicants from all backgrounds, and if you need adjustments at any point in the process, just let us know—we’re happy to help.
