Job Description
This impressive and friendly law firm in Cheltenham is looking for a Legal Secretary CILEx graduate to step into their supportive firm as a Legal Administrator. This role will cover the following responsibilities:

- Assisting with administrative tasks within the firm such as photocopying, printing, scanning, binding, and filing tasks
- Dealing with internal and external postal deliveries and arrange couriers’ services as necessary
- Supporting the Finance team by ensuring receipts, cheques and bills are correctly loaded onto the system
- Supporting the Legal PAs and Partners as and when they need.

To apply for this role, you must have at least 6 months’ experience working in administration and be a Legal Secretary CILEx graduate. The firm may also consider recent school leavers with strong A Level results, or university graduates with administrative experience in a professional setting.
