We're looking for a Legal Receptionist to join the Property & Workplace team in our London office. You'll be the point of contact for everything happening on the client floors - from managing reservations and the helpdesk, to making sure every visitor and client gets a genuinely first-class experience.
What you'll be doing
- Being the friendly, capable face of the client floors
- Owning day-to-day coordination of client requirements
- Handling helpdesk requests - logging, resolving and escalating where needed
- Supporting document preparation and timely delivery
- Solving problems calmly, using your own initiative
- Working closely with other teams to keep everything running smoothly
What you'll bring
